It's about 0.25lbs of muscle per week for anyone past the beginner stage - and even beginners and their beginners gains are only putting on 0.50lbs of muscle per week MAX. Any weight gain past that is likely fat. . So you might wonder, why not just eat EXACTLY the amount of calories needed to put on 0.25-0.50lbs a week? That way, there's nothing left over to store as fat! 😎 Well, you could, but that requires EXTREME calorie/macro counting. We're talking about a 125-250 calorie surplus. There's ZERO room for error. Happy Friday Eve friends! Today at the gym I got off a machine and whacked my face on another machine, so that's how my day's going. (And yes people saw lol - footage on my story.) In all honesty though, today's been pretty good. And this entire week, actually. The amount of solo dance parties on my drives around Bloomington are getting lit affff thanks to discovering some new music that is probably old to all of you.
